My Broker AVAFX
I am trading with avafx since eight months. The very first thing that comes into my mind when introduced to AVAFX is how easy and friendly their interface is. They have all the features just a click away. Registration process is easy and hassle free for both demo as well as real account. They allow 21 days for practice with $100000 artificial money with dozens of currency pairs and metals. They have a complete set of indicators that can be applied to live charts.
The customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable. They have variety of billing options. You can deposit fund in real account via pay pal, western union, or with credit card and the client can instantly access the account with full fledge forex trading facility. It has the backing of a Large Financial corporation that has over $16 Billion in assets. The forth-largest auditing firm in the world audits Avafx.
However, the disadvantage of this platform is no metatrader4 feed (Now they have since the beginning of 2009) and they are very new to the market. It is not easy to trust someone who is very new to the market. However, they proved everyone wrong. They believe in their product and services and there is never high pressure of sales.
I would rate them outstanding!

Hi Anne,
Good to know about your broker. Even my broker Finexo.com is not a metatrader4. I guess its not very important if your timings are good in broker trading.

yes you are right princess but MetaTrader 4 is the best solution for broker companies, banks, financial companies, and dealing centers. And when most broker is giving this feature then as a client i also want that this feature must be there too. it is an added advantage and customer would be benefited with MetaTrader4.

Hi all,
I disagree about MT4 being the best platform. It is the most common by far, but has major scalability issues and execution problems. Metatrader 4 maybe has a good front end and the ability to run "Expert Advisers" (automated trading robots), but the technological architecture is old and basic. I wonder if MT5 would be better in terms of technology...

I like MT4 because of the charts and experts but I agree with you Yuval about execution problems. I always get errors. Which is a problem for me. I use the trade station also from FXCM and I like that.

Thanks good to know. Well even i heard this execution problem many a times by my friends. I usually suggest all newbies that if you want serious forex traders then you should try in good forex forums and communities like FXStreet, Moneytec or MyForexSpace to educate yourself. You will surely find people there. Forex is not a frighting term but its a very lucrative opportunity. The great thing about it is the fact that you are trading currencies and that there aren't as many rules and regulations that will stop you from making a lot of money. Even i am a forex trader trading last 3 years with finexo.com. I feel the major mistake newbies does is they start margin trading without knowing all strategies and concepts. So stay away from margin trading until you know and understand what you are doing. Although, trading forex is a great way to make a lot of money, it's also easy to lose a lot. So, be sure you educate yourself and practice.

MT4 Is being the best platform only because there is a majority of traders who are using this platform and satisfied with the outcome. I am cent percent sure when MT5 will come it would be the best in terms of technology executions and in all aspects.
